Teams from setec international and Nodalis worked alongside the government of Cape Verde to carry out a pre-feasibility study for a motorway Public-Private Partnership between Praia, the country’s capital, and Tarrafal, on the island of Santiago.

The progress meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister marks the completion of the first stage of this study, underlining the close collaboration between the setec-Nodalis consortium, ECV – Estradas de Cabo Verde, UGPE – Unidade Gestora de Projetos Especiais and the Government of Cape Verde.
