Le projet

The project to extend the A16 freeway between L’Isle Adam and the Francilienne has three main components:

  • in-place upgrading to motorway and environmental standards of the existing RN1 over 3.4 km from L’Isle-Adam to north of Maffliers,
  • creation of a new 3.1 km motorway section from north of Maffliers to Croix-Verte,
  • complete redevelopment of the Croix-Verte interchange under traffic: removal of the Croix-Verte roundabout, creation of motorway ramps and a network of feeder roads connected to the departmental network (RD909, RD301, RD9).

Nos missions

The owner, SANEF, has entrusted the project management consortium headed by setec international with the following tasks:

    • Full diagnostic mission
    • Pre-project file,
    • Project study,
    • Regulatory files and administrative documents (water law, archaeology, etc.),
    • Preparation of tender documents,
    • Production of the Site Operations File,
    • Synthesis and coordination of network movements,
    • Assistance in awarding works contracts, including bid analysis,
    • VISA of execution studies,
    • Management of work contract execution,
    • Assistance with acceptance operations and commissioning,
    • Assistance with project management and management of external service providers,
    • Operation scheduling, management and coordination,
    • Environmental monitoring and sustainable development, including carbon footprint assessment,
    • Creation of a 3D model, including during the construction phase
    • Assistance with communication and consultation.
