A16 freeway – L’Isle Adam / la FrancilienneGeneral project management
Le projet
The project to extend the A16 freeway between L’Isle Adam and the Francilienne has three main components:
- in-place upgrading to motorway and environmental standards of the existing RN1 over 3.4 km from L’Isle-Adam to north of Maffliers,
- creation of a new 3.1 km motorway section from north of Maffliers to Croix-Verte,
- complete redevelopment of the Croix-Verte interchange under traffic: removal of the Croix-Verte roundabout, creation of motorway ramps and a network of feeder roads connected to the departmental network (RD909, RD301, RD9).
Nos missions
Le maître d’ouvrage SANEF a confié au groupement de maîtrise d’œuvre dont setec international est le mandataire, les missions suivantes :

- Mission Diagnostic complète
- Dossier d’Avant-Projet,
- Etude Projet,
- Dossiers réglementaires et documents administratifs (Loi sur l’Eau, suivi archéologie…),
- Réalisation des Dossiers de Consultation des Entreprises,
- Réalisation du Dossier d’Exploitation sous Chantier,
- Synthèse et coordination des déplacements de réseaux,
- Assistance pour la passation des marchés de travaux, y compris analyse des offres,
- VISA des études d’exécution,
- Direction de l’exécution des contrats de travaux,
- Assistance pour les opérations de réception des travaux et la mise en service,
- Assistance à la Maîtrise d’ouvrage et la gestion des prestataires extérieurs,
- Ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination de l’opération,
- Suivi environnemental et Développement Durable, dont la réalisation du Bilan Carbone,
- Réalisation d’une maquette 3D y compris en phase Travaux
- Assistance pour la communication et la concertation.
