Le projet
The Moscow-St. Petersburg freeway is the first in the Russian Federation to have sections under concession.
Section 1, 43 km long, is connected at its origin to the Moscow Outer Ring Road (MKAD). In particular, it serves the national and international terminals of Sheremetyevo airport and the town of Zelenograd.
The main highlights of the project are
- the need to ensure the economic equilibrium of the concession,
- the complexity of some of the seven interchanges,
- major viaducts, – its urban character at the origin of the project,
- the implementation of a toll system and operating systems that ensure a high level of safety and service.
Construction work was carried out between 2010 and 2015.
Nos missions
- critical analysis of the “project” file drawn up by the administration, – design optimization proposals and presentation of these optimizations to the administration (Preliminary Optimised Design Documentation: PODD),
- preparation of technical appendices to the concession contract,
- Optimised Design Documentation (ODD),
- preparation of a detailed design brief,
- participation in Project Management for the preparation and execution of work.
The technical areas covered were as follows:
- functionality and geometry,
- earthworks, pavements, drainage and water treatment,
- engineering structures,
- toll equipment and specialized equipment,
- safety equipment and signage,
- buildings,
- landscape,
- acoustic.
