Le projet
Archetype Cambodia and Setec International have been appointed to assist SCA in the multi-project coordination for the extension of Sihanoukville airport (KOS) in 2020.
In line with the concession’s investment plan, several projects are being carried out at the same time.
Projects :
- New passenger terminal
- Runway extension and reinforcement
- New VIP terminal
- New arrival terminal (temporary)
- Extension of existing departure terminal
- Renovation of existing parking lot
- Apron extension (2 C-code aircraft stands)
- New freight hangar (temporary)
- Military complex
- Ground levelling and ICAO fencing
- New airport road for runway extension
- Widening and detour of route 45/47
Nos missions
A need for high-level multi-project coordination was identified by the customer. Our team has put in place a master plan and planning monitoring tools. On a monthly basis, our team supplied :
- an overview of this month’s mission activities
- a summary of all current projects
- managing interfaces between projects and airport operations
- an overview of each individual project, focusing on progress and planned activities over the next 30 days
- overview of health and safety activities and their status
