Le projet
Archetype Cambodia and Setec International have been appointed to assist SCA in the multi-project coordination for the extension of Sihanoukville airport (KOS) in 2020.
In line with the concession’s investment plan, several projects are being carried out at the same time.
Projects :
- New passenger terminal
- Runway extension and reinforcement
- New VIP terminal
- New arrival terminal (temporary)
- Extension of existing departure terminal
- Renovation of existing parking lot
- Apron extension (2 C-code aircraft stands)
- New freight hangar (temporary)
- Military complex
- Ground levelling and ICAO fencing
- New airport road for runway extension
- Widening and detour of route 45/47
Nos missions
Un besoin de coordination multi-projets de haut niveau a été identifié par le client. Notre équipe a mis en place un plan directeur et des outils de suivi du planning. Notre équipe a fourni sur une base mensuelle :
- un aperçu des activités de ce mois dans le cadre de la mission
- un résumé de tous les projets en cours
- la gestion des interfaces entre les projets et les opérations aéroportuaires
- l’aperçu de chaque projet individuel, en se concentrant sur l’avancement et les activités prévues à 30 jours
- l’aperçu des activités en matière de santé et de sécurité et leur statut
