As part of the study to develop Dakar’s BRT secondary roads, CETUD (Conseil Exécutif des Transports Urbains de Dakar) and Ageroute Senegal held a Technical Committee meeting with their partners on Wednesday July 6, during which setec international presented the results of its studies.
The project, which will free up traffic flow around the BRT, also provided an opportunity for the group to propose a global vision for the development of public space in Dakar and Guédiawaye, through the elaboration of a Landscape Master Plan addressing numerous urban issues and formulating solutions around the themes of water, plants, uses and sustainable development.
