Le projet
Mandelieu-la-Napoule has 3 historic centers: Capitou, La Napoule and Les Termes. Having rehabilitated the town center of Les Termes and launched the program to redevelop the Place de la Fontaine and Place du Château in La Napoule, the town is now looking to redevelop the seafront area, including the Avenue du Général de Gaulle and its parking lot, the Avenue de la Mer, the Robinson parking lot (before the Théâtre de Verdure) and the Siagne parking lot.
While respecting the site’s environment, the town’s expectations are to enhance the entrance to the town, secure and reorganize traffic flows, redesign and increase parking facilities, and ensure the quality of the landscaping and urban design.
Nos missions
Mandataire du groupement en tant que paysagiste-concepteur et BET, setec international est en charge des sujets suivants :
- Pilotage du projet,
- Conception technique (VRD, circulation/stationnement, hydraulique, réseaux),
- Insertion paysagère,
- Dossiers réglementaires.
L’atelier Chanéac apportera son appui en matière d’insertion architecturale, le bureau d’études beco en suivi de travaux et les agences Pixxim et Devisubox en communication (maquette 3D, film, time-lapse et prises de vues par drones).
